  • 10 February 2005:
    Public lecture where Professor Dyson will explain the new Radar and its work, and also cover earlier work in this field that has been carried out in this locallity.

  • 11 February 2005:
    A new Geospace Radar is to open the 11th of February, near Invercargill, southern New Zealand. This radar will contribute to a program of investigation into the effects of Near-Earth or Geospace solar/auroral activity.
